I am in my twenties, I love cats, curry and lemonade and I am constantly on the brink of being consumed by my craft. (This is not clichéd quirkiness butan attempt at synthesis) My main focus being on sewing and tailoring, thereremains admittedly little time for my other hobbies: shoe making, ceramics, metalwork, cooking, painting, book binding, jewellery making, restoring found objects,recycling some, up-doing others, hat making and dreaming about setting up myown Babettopolis empire (a.k.a. shoppe). I have dreams about becoming reallygood at what I do and that is just enough consolation and the best incentive forall the months in which I am technically (never literally) unemployed, and the restof the time in which I am not.
MEDIUM: I recycle a lot of material so it’s safe to say that I use Mixed media:
textile, foam, metal, ceramic, paper, found objects, donated bric a brac etc..
