Silvana (Tabatha…jewels & things)

I have always been creative and good at making things. I’ve
done crochet, embroidery, sewing and as a teenage girl I have often
altered jewellery to my liking or recycled costume jewellery to make new
ones out of old.  This turned into a passion while I was on holiday in
Paris a few years ago and came across a big bead and jewellery supply
shop….bead heaven!  I bought the essentials for 2 pairs of earrings and
that is how it all started.  I have never stopped making jewellery since.

I have many designs, ranging from elegant pieces to everyday jewelry. I am
constantly creating new and different work with plenty of variety, so each
individual can find a piece of jewelry which makes them feel alive and
beautiful. Everyone deserves something special!
The glow on a woman’s face when she wears the right piece of jewellery
captures every eye. I love to think that my jewellery is making that
glowing difference.

Medium:  I mainly use glass beads, Swarovski crystals, fresh water pearls,
semi-precious stones and silver plated as well as sterling silver, but
also vintage effect copper and brass and wood beads. I spend a lot of time
choosing the best materials and making gifts that are unique, for girls of
all ages, including the very young and also something for the boys.
