I have an absolute obsession with all things food! This time round I will be incorporating a mix of only local seasonal vegetables and meats such as our award winning pork and free range chickens with a variety of painstakingly sourced local honey, 1st press olive oil and sheep gbejniet. Making them into delectable dishes available to eat at the market or enjoy at home. As usual I will have a variety of taster dishes together with my pastes, pestos and pates!
