Mary Anne Salnitro – Salnitroma’s Handmade Cards

I have started doing these cards from as long I can remember with just a pencil, a box of colours & paper to give them as a gift for my relatives. I have always loved paintind, drawing and trying all sorts of things when it comes to art and being creative. After I had my three kids I didn’t have much time for me, but this year my New Year’s Resolution was to start making cards again for every member of my family. They liked them so much that they suggested me to start selling them online . And so I tried and made a profile on Facebook. And so not only my family members started liking them,but everybody else.This year I have decided to even do felt items as wll. I love working with felt and so I have made some felted Owls and other softies.

Medium: I always try and make my cards as pretty as can be and try to please everyone with their wishes and toughts. My cards come with lovely embellishments, satin ribbons, buttons, flowers, loads of colours and they all contain a poem on the inside. I even attach photos to the cards or even include some of the hobbies or likings of the receiver of the card. For the Felt items I use Felt, Embroidery thread, buttons etc..
